Determine that a change of zone from Hamlet Density Residential District to Low Density Residential on the Richard Cart property will have no significant effect on the environment. Authorize and direct the Town Clerk to transmit "A Local Law in Relation to Zoning" (change from Hamlet Density to Low Density Residential) to Town Planning Board and County Department of Planning. Request the New York State Department of Transportation to conduct a speed survey. Authorize and direct Supervisor Murphy to execute an agreement be- tween Suffolk County Department for the Aging and Southold Town. Accept. with regret, the resignation of Maureen Meehan.
