RESOLUTIONS: 1,/ Determine that deletion of Section 100-239.d..C from Chapter 100 (Zoning) of the Code of the Town of Southotd shall have no signifi- cant effect on the environment. 2~/ Authorize and direct the Town Clerk to transmit proposed Local Law entitled "A Local Law in Relation to Zoning~ to the Southod Town Planning Board and the Suffolk County Department of_ Planning. 3~/~ Determine that at least one Million Dollars liability insurance shall be required with the Town as a named insured. q/ Grant permission to Country Time Cycle, ~attituck, to use Elijah~s Lane, Oregon Road, and Bridge Lane for a ride and run competition. 5~/ Appoint Suzanne Connolly as a Clerk Typist for the summer season for the Recreation Department.
