RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Southold hereby establishes the policy that at scheduled Town Board Meetings the public attending shall be allowed five (5) minutes to address the Town Board in relation to agenda resolutions prior to their enactment and the public will also be given time, at the conclusion of the regularly scheduled business agenda, to address the Board on any given topic. - June 3, 1986 Call to Order. V. RESOLUTIONS: i/Grant permission for James McMahon to attend a training course. Execute a Consent to Change Attorney in Kelly vs. Town of Southold matter. Request the US Environmental Protection Agency to establish no-discharge zones for County waters and request State Department of Environmental Conservation to formally petition the US EPA to establish such no-discharge zones. Execute a lease agreement between the East Marion Fire District and the Town of Southold. Execute a lease agreement between the Cutchogue Presbyterian Church and the Town of Southold. 8/ 10/ Reaffirm Town's commitment to protect Peconic Bay estuarine system and urge governments to join together to attain a National Estuary Designation for Peconic Bay system. Accept, with regret, the resignations of Lynda M. Rudder and Kimberly Walkden. Authorize 1988 Budget modification to the general Fund - Whole Town. (a) Authorize and direct Supervisor Murphy to execute Change Order No. 6., Ferran Concrete Co., Inc. (b) Authorize close-out of Southold Wastewater Capital Fund. Authorize Supervisor Murphy, Councilwoman Cochran, and Councilwoman Oliva to travel to Norfolk, Va., at no expense to the Town.
