RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Southold hereby establishes the policy that at scheduled Town Board Meetings the public attending shall be allowed five (5) minutes to address the Town Board in relation to agenda resolutions prior to their enactment and the public will also be given time, at the conclu- sion of the regularly scheduled business agenda, to address the Board on any given topic. - June 3, 1986 Call to Order. RESOLUTIONS: 1/ Grant permission to the Mattituck Presbyterian Church, George E. Gaffga, Coordinator, CROP WALK 1988, to use Town roads. Appoint Ronnie Wacker as member of the Tree Committee. 2/ Accept bid of Chemung Supply Corporation for snow fence and T posts. Grant permission to Mattituck Lioness Club to use Town property for their Fall Festival on October 1, 1988. Appoint Lisa Lennon as a Beach Attendant. Appoint Frankie Lee Freeman as weekend SNAP Driver and Kitchen Aide. Appoint Danny McKnight, Loraine Murphy, and Kendal Kelly to the Nutrition Program, Home Aide Program and EISEP Program. Authorize 1988 Budget modification to the General Fund - Whole Town. 16/ Authorize 1988 Budget modifications to the General Fund - Part Town. Authorize the insertion in the Suffolk Life of public information newspaper concerning Lyme Disease.
