RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Southold hereby establishes the policy that at scheduled Town Board Meetings the public attending shall be allowed five (5) minutes to address the Town Board in relation to agenda resolutions prior to their enactment and the public will also be given time, at the conclu- sion of the regularly scheduled business agenda, to address the Board on any given topic. Gremler, Sr., and Martin H. Sidor as members of the Town Water Advisory Committee. Proclaim the week of July 10-16, 1988, as Electrical Safety Week. Extend the approved "AHD" Affordable Housing District of John A. Costello for a six month period. Authorize the purchase of ten chairs. Execute a Software/Hardward Contract between Town and Business Records Corporation. 7/Determine that the action proposed by DBM Co. is a Type 1 action and likely to have a significant effect on the environment, request applicant to prepare DEIS, and require applicant to defray the cost by paying $2,000 deposit before the scoping session. 8/ 9/ 10/ 11/ Authorize the Board of Commissioners of the F.I.
