RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Southold hereby
establishes the policy that at scheduled Town Board Meetings the
public attending shall be allowed five (5) minutes to address the
Town Board in relation to agenda resolutions prior to their
enactment and the public will also be given time, at the conclu-
sion of the regularly scheduled business agenda, to address the
Board on any given topic. June 3, 1986

Engineers, to install mooring piles in conjunction
with a previously approved pier assembly in West
Harbor, Block Island Sound. Comments by June 29,
1988.
NY State Department of Transportation, Designation of
Restricted Highway, Route 25 from LIRR Bridge to Mill

Notice of Complete Application of Sanford Hanauer
to construct decking attached to a existing single

RESOLUTIONS:
1/Grant permission to Police Chief to attend NY State
Association of Chiefs of Police Conference.
2/ Reappoint William M. Gremler, Sr., and Martin H.
Sidor as members of the Town Water Advisory Committee.
Proclaim the week of July 10-16, 1988, as Electrical
Safety Week.
Extend the approved "AHD" Affordable Housing District
of John A. Costello for a six month period.
Authorize the purchase of ten chairs.
Execute a Software/Hardward Contract between Town and
Business Records Corporation.

Type 1 action and likely to have a significant effect
on the environment, request applicant to prepare
DEIS, and require applicant to defray the cost by
paying $2,000 deposit before the scoping session.
