RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Southold hereby
establishes the policy that at scheduled Town Board Meetings the
public attending shall be allowed five (5) minutes to address the
Town Board in relation to agenda resolutions prior to their
enactment and the public will also be given time, at the
conclusion of the regularly scheduled business agenda, to address
the Board on any given topic. - June 3, 1986

of speed limit study in area bounded by Hortons Lane,
the L.I. Sound and CR 48, resulting in 30 MPH for
said area. A portion of Kenny Rd. is being included
in the revised 30 MPH area speed limit.'
