RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Southold hereby establishes the policy that at scheduled Town Board Meetings the public attending shall be allowed five (5) minutes to address the Town Board in relation to agenda resolutions prior to their enactment and the public will also be given time, at the conclusion of the regularly scheduled business agenda, to address the Board on any given topic. - June 3, 1986 Call to Order. Permit Victor Lessard and Thomas Fisher to attend NY State Building Officials Conference, Inc. Authorize Farmland Preservation Committee to engage services of Andrew Stype. Allocate funds for Southold's share of employment of James A. Faraldi & Associates. Appoint D. D. Crowley, Jr., as Special Bay Constable and execute an agreement between the Town and him.
