RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Southold hereby establishes the policy that at scheduled Town Board Meetings the public attending shall be allowed five (5) minutes to address the Town Board in relation to agenda resolutions prior to their enactment and the public will also be given time, at the conclusion of the regularly scheduled business agenda, to address the Board on any given topic. - June 3, 1986 Call to Order. Accept bid of Long Island Sanitation Equipment Co., Inc., for one used garbage compacting truck. Engage services of William F. Mullen, Jr., as Town's Insurance Consultant. Execute agreement between Suffolk County, Executive/STOP-DWI Department and Town. Accept, with regret, the resignation of Sheryl C. Brown. Authorizes and directs the Supervisor to request a S.C. Go on record in support of Senate Bill No. S.2369. Authorize purchase of stationery and envelopes for Tree Committee. 5. August 3, 1988, Fishers Island Town Board Meeting. Approve application for watchman/caretaker trailer permit of Sang Lee Farms, Inc. 7. Fees of Bond Counsel per Attorney Schondebare. Grant permission for Southold Town Fire Chiefs Council to use vacant building for smoke house for training of volunteers.
