RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Southold hereby establishes the policy that at scheduled Town Board Meetings the public attending shall be allowed five (5) minutes to address the Town Board in relation to agenda resolutions prior to their enactment and the public will also be given time, at the conclusion of the regularly scheduled business agenda, to address the Board on any given topic. - June 3, 1986. Authorize Senior Bay Constable Dzenkowski to attend a Boating While Impaired Boater Recognition Program. Authorize advance fee payment for a bus trip to the Cloisters. Authorize advance fee payment for a bus trip to the Bronx Zoo. Authorize a $50.00 petty cash fund for the Town Historian. Authorize the installation of two street lights. Grant permission for a Biathlon race on May 15, 1988 using the Public Parking area. Execute a release to Suffolk County with respect to the county dredging project in and around Gull Pond. Budget modification - General Fund Whole Town, 1988 Budget. Reappointment of three members of the Landmark Preservation Commission. Disband the Tercentenary Committee and transfer their funds and assets to the 350th Anniversary Celebration Committee. Decision on the application of Frank and Walter Sawicki for renewal of of a trailer permit. Decision on the application of Martin Sidor for renewal of a trailer permit. Accept the proposal of H2M with respect to the Part 360 application and investigation for expansion of the Cutchogue Landfill. 31 Request the DEC to amend the permit for dredging Deep Hole Creek. 32~(~ Request DEC to hold an informational meeting relative the DEC's proposed acquisition of property along Hallocks Bay. 33~/ Bond Resolution for the purchase of a 4-Yard Payloader for the Highway Department. / 34V/ Authorize Town Clerk to advertise for bids for a 4-Yard Payloader. 35.
