WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable con-
sideration paid by the party of the second part, does hereby remise,release and quitclaim unto the party of the
part,the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the sacond par"forever,
ALL that certain plot;piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,situ-
ate, lying and being icxcbx at Orient, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and "State
of New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a monument on the southerly line of Main (State) Road, at the
northwesterly corner of land of the Spencer Terry Estate, which point is also /
the northeasterly corner of. land of Lloyd Terry;
RUNNING THENCE along the said land of the Spencer Terry Estate South 13 degrees
55 minutes 10 seconds East 290.50 feet to other land of Lloyd.Terry;
RUNNING THENCE along said land of Lloyd Terry two (2) courses as follows:
�1) South 77 degrees 34 minutes West 150.00 feet;
2) North 13 degrees 55 minutes 10 seconds West 290.50 feet
to the said southerly line of Main (State) Road;
RUNNING THENCE along the said southerly line of Main (State) Road North 77
degrees 34 minutes East 150.00 feet to the monument at the point of BEGINNING.
TOGETHER with.all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part of, in and to any streets
and roads abutting the above-described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appur-
tenances
