POLICY: At scheduled Town Board meetings, the public attending shall
be allowed five (5) minutes to address the Town Board in relation to
agenda resolutions prior to their enactment; the public will also be given
time, at the conclusion of the regularly scheduled business agenda, to
address the Board on any given topic.

IV. PUBLIC HEARINGS
POLICY: Individuals are allowed a maximum of five (5) minutes to address
the Town Board at the public hearing; written comments of any length in
response to the public hearing will be accepted by the Town Board at a
public hearing and made part of the hearing file.
1. Proposed "Local Law in Relation to Prohibited Parking", October 20,
1992, 4:30P.M., Southold Town Hall, Main Road, Southold, New York.
Proposed "Local Law Amending Local Law No. 16 - 1992 in Relation to
Electing a Retirement Incentive Program as Authorized by Chapter 643,
Laws of 1992, for Eligible Employees of the Town of Southold",
October 20, 1992, 4:32P.M., Southold Town Hall, Main Road, Southold,
New York.
V. RESOLUTIONS
Authorize refund of sum which represents overpayment of tipping fee.
2/Reappoint individuals to the Southold Town Substance Abuse Committee.
3/Grant permission for renewai of single family house trailer permit for
six months.
4/Adopt Bond Resolution authorizing acquisition of parcel of land and
building to be used as a Human Resource Center and the issuance of
$650,000 serial bonds.
5/Direct Town Clerk to publish and post Bond Resolution.
Grant permission for renewal of single family house trailer permit for
a period of six 'months.
7/Grant permission to Southold PTA for use of Oaklawn Avenue,
Southold, for purpose of Annual Halloween Parade.
8/Authorize and direct Supervisor to execute a Day Training Services
Contract,
9/Authorize and direct Supervisor to execute a Memorandum of
Understanding.
10/Grant permission to the Mattituck Lions Club to use certain Town
roads for its annual Halloween Parade.

VI. FOR DISCUSSION
1. Authorization of refund of sum which represents application fee to
Planning Board.
2. Request for exemption from payment of landfill tipping.fees incurred
by the North Fork Housing Alliance, Inc.
3. Authorize and direct Supervisor to execute Contract of Sale between
the North Fork Bank & Trust Co. and the Town of Southold.
4. Establish policies with regard to animais and animal shelter.
5. Suffolk County tax sale property.
6. Set interviews of applicants for vacancy on Conservation Advisory
Council.
7. Proposed changes to the Town code.
8. Request from Cutchogue-New Suffolk Park District for waiver of
landfill fees.
