POLICY: At scheduled Town Board meetings, the public attending shall
be allowed five (5) minutes to address the Town Board in relation to
agenda resolutions prior to their enactment; the public will also be given
time, at the conclusion of the regularly scheduled business agenda, to
address the Board on any given topic.

an addition to attach to an existing single family dwelling
and stabilize an eroded slope adjacent to Marion Lake. The site is
located on the west side of Trumans Path, south of the Main Road,
East Marion, Southold Town, New York. Written comments no later
than 10/16/92.
