ALL that certain plot, piece, or parcel of land, situate, lying, and being at Orient, Town of
Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York more particularly bounded and described
as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the easterly side of Sound Lane (a Right of Way) where the same
is intersected by the southwesterly comer of the hereinafter described premises and the
northwesterly comer of land now or formerly of P. Tuthill;
RUNNING thence along the easterly side of Sound Lane the following 4 courses and
distances:
