premises herein granted unto the parry of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the parry of the
second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the parry of the first part has not done or suffered anything whereby
the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.

part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration as a

SCHEDULE "A"
(a) ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the
buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and
being at Orient, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and
State of New York, known and designated as Lot #3 on a certain map
entitled, "Map of Petty's Bight" and filed in the Office of the
Clerk of the County of Suffolk on January 26, 1973 as Map #5859.
BEING more particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northerly side of Petty's Drive
where same is intersected by the division line between Lots 2 & 3
on the above described map;
THENCE North 20 degrees 51 minutes 10 seconds East along the
division line, 311 feet to the ordinary high water line of Petty's
Bight;
THENCE Easterly along the ordinary high water line of Petty's
Bight along a Tie Line Baring of South 39 degrees 51 minutes 00
seconds East, a distance of 126.20 feet to the division line

THENCE South 15 degrees 50 minutes 30 seconds West along said
