time, at the conclusion of the regularly scheduled business agenda, to

Inc. Fishers Island, New York, proposes to dredge by barge mounted
crane an existing outlet channel of Hay Harbor in various sections
totaling 350' to restore depths to 4' below mean low water. Written
comments submitted in writing no later than 2/6/92.
