WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs or
successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being in the Village of Orient, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk
and State of New York, bounddd and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the southerly side of Main Road where same is
intersected by the northeast corner of land now or formerly of Blauvel
RUNNING THENCE north 65 degrees 03 minutes 00 seconds east along the
southerly side of Main Road for a distance of 81 feet to the north-
west corner of land now or formerly of Appelt;
THENCE south 35 degrees 50 minutes 10 seconds east along land now or
formerly of Appelt a distance of 200 feet;
THENCE south 58 degrees 09 minutes 30 seconds west along land now or
formerly of Gillispie a distance of 118 feet;
THENCE north 25 degrees 23 minutes 00 seconds west along land now or
formerly of Blauvelt a distance of 210 . 50 feet to the southerly side
of Main Road, the point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party
of the first part and Josephine H. Miller, deceased 12/31/88 , by
deed dated September 30 , 1959 recorded in the office of the Suffolk
County Clerk on October 8 , 1959 in Liber 4706 at page 114 .
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads
abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all
the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the
TAX MAP premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the
