the regularly scheduled business agenda, to address the Board on
any given topic.

PUBLIC NOTICES
Notice of Complete Application. Island's End Golf and
Country Club Inc. proposes to drill a 10' diameter well
equipped with a pump having a capacity of 550 gallons per
minute. Written comments no later than August 10, 1990.
U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. Proposal to regionally
condition Nationwide Permits regulating the discharge of
dredged and fill material in open waters and wetlands
throughout the State of New Jersey. Written comments within
