ment; the public will also be given time, at the conclusion of
the regularly scheduled business agenda, to address the Board on
any given topic.

U.S. Army Corps of Engineers application by Corey Creek
Association to construct a timber floating pier assembly and
install timber pilings at Corey Creek, Little Peconic Bay,
Southold, New York. Written comments by July 30, 1990.
U.S. Army Corps of Engineers application by Sebastian Cove
Property Owners Association, Mattituck, to replace a
bulkhead, install finger piers and dredge with ten years
maintenance, Mattituck Creek, Long Island Sound, Mattituck,

N.Y.S. D.O.T. Designation of Restricted Highway. Route 25
at Dam Pond Channel between Mile Marker 69.6 and Mile Marker
69.7, a distance of 0.18 miles in the Town of Southold,
which is being reconstructed under Contract No. 253233.
Designation shall expire on May 31, 1991.
Notice of Complete Application. Permit applied for by Barry
Savits for freshwater wetlands UPA#10-89-1481. Subdivision
of one 12.5 acre parcel into 3 residential lots access road
and construction of one single family dwelling with septic
system, swimming pool, deck and circular drive on Lot #3. A
75 foot wide buffer of undisturbed natural vegetation will
be required between the freshwater wetland and dwelling.

Contract Budget Modification between the County of Suffolk
Office for the Aging and the Town of Southold for Town of
Southold Nutrition Program for the period of January 1, 1990
through December 31, 1990.
12/Accept the bid of Paul Corazzini & Sons, Inc. for supplying
the Highway Department with 1,000 tons, more or less as may
be needed of sand mix asphalt with 5% AC20-3% mineral filler
to be used, at the bid price of $23.50 per ton.
13/Grant application of Stephen D. Mudd for renewal of his
single family farm worker trailer permit.
14/Rescind Resolution No. 27 adopted on July 3, 1990, declaring
the Town-owned property at the easterly side of Sound Drive,
Greenport, to be surplus property and authorizing the sale
