attending shall be allowed five (5) minutes to address the Town
Board in relation to agenda resolutions prior to their enact-
ment; the public will also be given time, at the conclusion of
the regularly scheduled business agenda, to address the Board on
any given topic.

II. PUBLIC NOTICES:
Notice of Complete Application. Permit applied for
construction of 5 single family dwellings, septic systems,
driveways and fill. Location: Lake Drive, Southold.
Written comments must be submitted by July 13, 1990.
Notice of Complete Application. Application proposes to
reconstruct in-kind, in-place 90 ft of bulkhead, construct 5
ft of new bulkhead and a 10ft return. Location: canal off
Corey Creek, Wiliamburg Road, Southold. Comments must be
submitted by July 12, 1990.
Application to New York District, Corp of Engineers to place
off-bottom clam racks in Southold Bay, Shelter Island Sound,
Southold, New York. Comments must be submitted by July 18,
1990.
State of New York DEC proposal to amend water quality
regulations. August 13, 1990 at 1PM, State Office Building,
Hauppauge, New York. Comments must be submitted by
September 12, 1990.
Notice of Complete Application. Proposal to demolish an
existing 576 sq ft house and construct a new 1144 sq ft
house within the adjacent area of the freshwater wetland
designated #50-1. Project is located on the Southeast
corner of Queen Street and County Road 48, Southold.
Comments must be submitted by July 12, 1990.
Notice of Complete Application. Proposal to renovate an
existing garage/apartment and the construction of an 800
square foot wood frame addition on sono tube piers.
Location: Fishers Island, Brickyard Pond. Comments must be

3 x 26 ft ramp and a 5 x 30 ft float secured to two timber

1/ Appoint a Senior Adult Day Care Aid and an EISEP Aide,
effective June 18, 1990.

2/Authorize budget modification to the General Fund Whole Town
1990 Budget.

3~ Approve the payment of 1990 Suffolk County Comptroller's
Association dues.
4/ Set date and time for public hearing for proposed Local Law
entitled "A Local Law in Relation to Accessory Buildings".
5/ That proposed "Local Law in Relation to Use Regulations" has
been determined not to have a significant effect on the
environment.
6/ Authorize and direct the Town Clerk to transmit proposed
Local Law "A Local Law in Relation to Use Regulations" to
the Southold Town Planning Board and the Suffolk County

the Southold Town Water Advisory Committee.
