POLICY: At scheduled Town Board meetings, the public attending shall be allowed five (5) minutes to address the Town Board in relation to agenda resolutions prior to their enact- ment; the public will also be given time, at the conclusion of the regularly scheduled business agenda, to address the Board on any given topic. PUBLIC HEARINGS POLICY: Individuals are allowed a maximum of ten (10) minutes to address the Town Board at a public hearing; written comments of any length in response to the public hearing will be accepted by the Town Board at the public hearing and made a part of the hearing file. .1. 8:00PM-Proposed "A Local Law in Relation to Building Permit Applications". 2. 8:02PM-Proposed "A Local Law in Relation to Peddling and Soliciting". 3. 8:10PM-Proposed acquisition by the Town of the property of Wendy Norris. V. RESOLUTIONS l~rant permission to Principal Building Inspector and Code Enforcement Officer to attend the New York State Building Officials Conference, Inc. on October 3,4,5, 1990. 2~Request the N.Y.S. Department of Transportation to conduct a traffic study. 3~Authorize the payment of proceeds in excess of $5,000 received from the 350th Committee. 4~/Authorize and direct the Town Clerk to advertise for bids for removal and disposal of household hazardous wastes from the Southold Town Collection Center. 5JEstablish 1990 budget for the Town of Southold Employee Health Benefit Plan. 6~ Authorize budget modifications for the transfer of monies to the Town of Southold Employee Benefit Plan. 7/Appoint Lois Roslak as a Commissioner of the Cutchogue-New Suffolk Park District. Hilary to administer the 1990 Southold Town Seed Clam Program. / 9~ Grant permission to Town Trustee President to attend the 1990 Save the Bays Workshop and the 1990 Save the Bays Workshop "Second Anniversary-State of the Bays Conference". 10~Authorize the Board of Commissioners of the Fishers Island Ferry District to engage the services of Timothy J. Keating as a part-time Deckhand, and Susan Pankiewicz as a part-time Reservation Clerk, both effective i~ediately. il/Authorize budget modification to the General Fund-Whole Town 1990 Budget for the transfer of monies from the 350th Committee's Donated Funds held in Trust & Agency to Revenues and Appropriations. 12/Authorize Community Development Administrator to attend a Remote Setting of Shellfish Larvae Workshop. 13~uthorize and direct the Supervisor to execute an agreement between the Town and the North Fork Housing Alliance, Inc. whereby the North Fork Housing Alliance, Inc. will implement the Southold Town Home Improvement Program and Rental Rehabilitation Program. 14~uthorize and direct the Supervisor to execute an agreement between the Town and the North Fork Housing Alliance Inc. whereby .the North Fork Housing Alliance, Inc. will implement the Public Service Program by Sub-Recipients. 15~Appoint Caroline Fetzko and Mary Coyne as Aides for the Senior Adult Day Care Program. 16 J Authorize budget modification to the General Fund-Whole Town 1990 Budget to Engineer, Contractual Expenses and Insurance, Contractual Expenses from Engineer, Personal Services and her Economic Assistance, Contr. Exp. 17~ Appoint Lifeguards and Beach Attendants for the 1990 Summer Season. 18/Authorize budget modification to the General Fund-Whole Town 1990 Budget to Central Copying, Equipment from Central Copying, Contractual Exp. 19~ Authorize the purchase of an IBM Series III Model 50 Copier/Duplicator. 20~Set time and date for public hearing on proposed "A Local Law in Relation to Vehicles and Traffic". RESOLUTIONS (con't) 21/Determination of no significant effect on the environment off proposed "Local Law in Relation to Accessory Buildings". 22/Authorize and direct Town Clerk to transmit "A Local Law in Relation to Accessory Buildings" to the Southold Town Planning Board and the Suffolk County Department of Planning. 23/Set 8:02PM, June 19, 1990 for Public Hearing on proposed "Local Law in Relation to Zoning Definitions". 24/Approve bond amount for minor subdivision of Plum Gut and Townsend Properties. 25/Authorize release of performance bond for major subdivision of East Marion Woods. 26/Trailer renewal permit of Maddie Miles. 27/Authorize increase in expenditure for the book "Houses of Southold". 28/Set 8:05PM June 19, 1990, for Public Hearing on proposed community residence site. 29~Accept dedication of a portion of road at intersection of Mill Road and Mill Lane, Mattituck. 30/Authorize Supervisor to execute an agreement with Try-Five for the production of the recording of "Children For a  uture". 31V Authorize Mark McDonald to attend Suffolk County Water Authority meetings. 32/Authorize Supervisor to sign 5-Town Contract for Recycling Manager. 33~Rescind policy relative to fees for not for profit organizations. 34/Decision on Halikias change of zone petition. 35 ~ Appointment to Board of Assessment Review. 36/Appointment to Southold Town Tree CommittDe. 37~" Enact Local Law No. 11 - 1990, "A Loca Law in Relation to Building Permit VI. Possible Resolution: Appoint a member of the Southold Town Conservation Advisory Council. 3. Question in reference to a Town Board Policy regarding fees charged for affordable housing projects submitted by a not-for-profit corporation. 4. Possible Resolution: Petition of Robert E. and Katherine C. Halikias be granted/denied relief demanded in said petition. 5. Open Space Committee appointment. 6. Set date to interview Board of Assessment Review candidates. 7. Peconic County Study Committee meeting. 8. Fine schedule of Alarm law #14. 9. Possible Resolution: Appoint Donald Wilcenski as a member of the Southold Town Tree Committee. 10. Request of the Mattituck Historical Society for waiver of the fee for a yard sale permit. 11. Possible Resolution: Councilman Wickham's suggestion to have Cross Sound Ferry open another terminal at Shoreham. 12. Contract for Recycling Manager.
