POLICY: At scheduled Town Board meetings, the public
attending shall be allowed five (5) minutes to address the Town
Board in relation to agenda resolutions prior to their
enactment; the public will also be given time, at the conclusion
of the regularly scheduled business agenda, to address the Board
on any given topic.

1. Special Public Notice: Clean Water Act Section
Regulatory Program and Agricultural Activities.

Notice of Complete Application: Mattituck Holding Corpor-
ation proposal for the demolition of an existing above
ground petroleum storage tank farm. This project includes
three 250,000 gallon tanks, three 100,000 gallon tanks and
two 20,000 gallon tanks. Comments by June 7, 1990.

POLICY: Individuals are allowed a maximum of ten (10)
minutes to address the Town Board at a public hearing;

Authorize budget modification to the General Fund - Whole
