POLICY: At scheduled Town Board meetings, the public attending shall be allowed five (5) minutes to address the Town Board in relation to agenda resolutions prior to their enactment; the public will also be given time, at the conclusion of the regularly scheduled business agenda, to address the Board on any given topic. Special Public Notice: Clean Water Act Section Regulatory Program and Agricultural Activities. 404 Notice of Complete Application: Mattituck Holding Corpor- ation proposal for the demolition of an existing above ground petroleum storage tank farm. This project includes three 250,000 gallon tanks, three 100,000 gallon tanks and two 20,000 gallon tanks. Comments by June 7, 1990. III.COMMUNICATIONS 1. Fisher Island Ferry District. IV. PUBLIC HEARINGS POLICY: Individuals are allowed a maximum of ten (10) minutes to address the Town Board at a public hearing; written comments of any length in response to the public hearing will be accepted by the Town Board at the public hearing and made a part of the hearing file. RESOLUTIONS Authorize budget modification to the General Fund - Whole Town 1990 Budget for the transfer of monies from the 350th Committee's Donated Funds. / 2~Authorize budget modification to the General Fund -Whole own 1990 Budget. 3~V-Rescind "Policy with Respect to Board or Committee Reappoint- ments". 4J Grant permission to the Southold High School Band to use Oaklawn Avenue and Jernick Lane to practice marching. / 5/Proclaim May 31, 1990 as Employment Day, 1990 in the Town of Southold. Grant permission to Police Chief to attend annual training conference of the New York State Association of Chiefs of Police. Accept the $350,000 reduced Letter of Credit Neil Rego for roads and improvements subdivision of Chardonnay Woods. submitted by in the major Amend Resolution No. 20, adopted on September 26, 1989, with respect to returned check charge. Mullen, Jr. as the Town's Insurance Consultant. 13/Authorize the Board of Commissioners of the Fishers Island Ferry District to hire a part-time automobile reservations clsrk. 14/Authorize Superintendent Raymond L. Jacobs to purchase Bituminous Surface Treatment. 15~Authorize Superintendent Raymond L.. Jacobs to purchase Asphalt Concrete Type 2A. 16~Authorize Superintendent Raymond L. Lombardi Associates, Inc. 25~Appoint Caroline Fetzko as an EISEP Aide, effective May 17, 1990, and Brief Respite Aide, effective May 21, 1990. 26/Appoint Mary Coyne as an EISEP Aid, effective May 17, 1990, and Brief Respite Aide, effective May 21, 1990. 27/Appoint Laura Carlisle as Beach Manager for 1990 season. 28~Appoint Arthur Quintana as Beach Manager for 1990 season. 29/Accept $159,621.00 Performance Bond for roads and improve- ments in the major subdivision of Wolf Pit Associates. 30~Authorize the Board of Commissioners of the Fishers ISLAND Ferry District to employ David S. Bennett and Shane J. Vitale. 44V/Reject all bids on uninterruptable power supply for computer system. 45~uthorize Town Clerk to rebid the uninterruptable power supply for computer system. 46/Town Board Policy with respect to waste management on Fishers Island. 47JAuthorize 1990 Budget modification to the General Fund-Part Town. 48JPolicy on affordable housing districts. 49~Grant permission to Mattituck Fire Department to use Town roads for Memorial Day Parade.
