agenda resolutions prior to their enactment; the public will also be given
time, at the conclusion of the regularly scheduled business agenda, to
address the Board on any given topic.

Department of the Army, Eastern Permits Section. Application by Rita
Curry to construct a 4 foot wide by 25 foot fixed pier, a 4 foot by 12
foot long hinged ramp, two 6 foot by 20 foot floats and install two
2-pile dolphins to secure the floats in Town Creek, Shelter Island
Sound, Town of Southold, New York. Comments requested by August
14, 1991.
U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. Application of Winter Harbor
Fisheries, Inc. for disposal of crushed clam shell material 'in open

Robert Gottlieb to construct a 6 foot wide by 8 foot long ramp leadin~
to a $ foot wide by 80 foot long fixed dock, elevated a minimum of ~

Gerald Yellen to construct a 4 foot wide by 105 foot long fixed
walkway elevated a minimum of 4 feet above the grade of the marsh, a
