Authorize and direct Supervisor to execute Amendment No. 1. 3/Give consent to Superintendent of Highways of the Town of Southold to abandon a portion ef New Suffolk Avenue pursuant to Section 205 of the Highway Law. 4~/Authorize reduction of the amount of the Performance Bond for ~y Dee Estates subdivision. $~ccept the COD submitted to the Town Board as Performance Bond fox, Kay Dee Estates, Cutchogue.
