POLICY: At scheduled Town Board meetings, the public attending
shall be allowed five (5) minutes to address the Town Board in relation to
agenda resolutions prior to their enactment; the public will also be given
time, at the conclusion of the regularly scheduled business agenda, to
address the Board on any given topic.

N.Y.S.D.E.C. Notice of Complete Application. Permit applied for
by Suffolk County Vector Control for County-wide general permit for
maintenance and new construction of mosquito control ditches within
the regulated tidal wetland areas of Suffolk County.

U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. Application of Steve Donadic to
install float and ramp, dredge with upland disposal, and mitigation
measures in Southold Bay, Shelter Island Sound, Town of Southold.

Road, Southold, New York, as time and place for a public hearing on
proposed Local Law "A Local Law in Relation to Parking Re~,~tlations".
Authorize and direct Supervisor to execute Amendment No. 1.
3/Give consent to Superintendent of Highways of the Town of Southold
to abandon a portion ef New Suffolk Avenue pursuant to Section 205 of
the Highway Law.
4~/Authorize reduction of the amount of the Performance Bond for ~y
Dee Estates subdivision.
$~ccept the COD submitted to the Town Board as Performance Bond fox,
Kay Dee Estates, Cutchogue.
Authorize an advance check fee.
