POLICY: At scheduled Town Board meetings, the public attending
shall be allowed five (5) minutes to address the Town Board in relation to
agenda resolutions prior to their enactment; the public will also be given
time, at the conclusion of the regularly scheduled business agenda, to
address the Board on any given topic.

Southold to install concrete board launching ramp and parallel

Senior Advisory Board's annual Senior Citizens picnic. August 14,

III.PUBLIC HEARINGS:
POLICY: Individuals are allowed a maximum of ten (10) minutes to
address the Town Board at a public hearing; written comments of any
length in response to the public hearing will be accepted by the Town
Board at the public hearing and made part of the hearing file.

IV. RESOLUTIONS:
1/ Application of Neted of America, Ltd. for renewal of their office
trailer permit.
2/Authorize and direct Supervisor Harris to execute an Agreement for
Construction of an Extension of Electrie Facilities on Private
Property.

3/Authorize and direct Supervisor Harris to execute a lease agreement
for a police booth at Feather Hill effective July 1, 1991 for a sum of
$1.oo.
4,/ Authorize the reduction of the bond estimate for the minor subdivision
of Charles Simmons.
5~/ Grant permission to P.O. Wilson to attend the National D.A.R.E.
Officers Conference.
6/Authorize and direct Supervisor Harris to execute a grant application
to the N.Y.S.D.E.C. National Small Business Tree Planting Program.
7/Reappoint Community Development Administrator as Southold Town's
representative on the N.Y. Job Development Authority's Fishermen's
Assistance Fund Committee.
8/',Bond Resolutions authorizing the purchase of computer equipment use.
9FGrent~/ permission for 'Southold Fire Department and Fire Department
Racing Team to use town roads for Annual Old Fashioned Parade and
Drill.
