POLICY: At scheduled Town Board meetings, the publio attending shall be allowed five (5) minutes to address the Town Board in relation to agenda resolutions prior to their enaetment; the public will also be given time, at the conclusion of the regularly scheduled business agenda, to address the Board on any given topic. RESOLUTIONS Grant renewal of watchman/office trailer permit. 2/Grant renewal of singie family house trailer permit. 3~,/Authorize Accountant and Data Control Supervisor to attend the IBM AS/400 Technical Announcement. 4/Authorize Senior Bay Constable to attend OCT/RAT Pollution Response Training Exercise. 5F/Appoint Samuel Smith as an EISEP Aide. 6~//Authorize budget modification to the General Fund-Whole Town 1991 Budget. 7P'/Town Board accepts the bid of Oak Street Truck for supplying 10,000 yards of soil. Hawkins as a part-time custodial worker for the Southold Town Nutrition Center. 10~/Autho~izes and directs the Town Clerk to advertise for bids for the purchase of 1,000 Tons of Sand Mix Asphalt. llw/Authorizes and directs the Town Clerk to advertise for bids for an annual contract to furnish and place asphalt concrete within the Town of Southold. 12v/Authorizes and directs the Town Clerk the advertise for bids for the purchase of snow fence. 13Y/Authorizes and directs the Town Clerk to advertise for summer employees, namely Lifeguards, Beach Attendants, Water Safety Instructors, and Playground Instructors. 14~/Appoints Laura Worthington as an Aide in the Senior Adult Day Care Program. 15/Town Board requests the New York State Department of Transportation to conduct a traffic survey at the intersection of Route 48 and Horton Lane, Southold. 16/Authorizes a refund of $5.38 to Mary F.
