POLICY: At scheduled Town Board meetings, the publio attending
shall be allowed five (5) minutes to address the Town Board in relation to
agenda resolutions prior to their enaetment; the public will also be given
time, at the conclusion of the regularly scheduled business agenda, to
address the Board on any given topic.

Agency, Inc., for the purchase of two (2) used Police Vehicles.
9~/Town Board appoints Mark A. Hawkins as a part-time custodial worker
for the Southold Town Nutrition Center.
10~/Autho~izes and directs the Town Clerk to advertise for bids for the
purchase of 1,000 Tons of Sand Mix Asphalt.
llw/Authorizes and directs the Town Clerk to advertise for bids
for an annual contract to furnish and place asphalt concrete within
the Town of Southold.
