time, at the conclusion of the regularly scheduled business agenda, to
address the Board on any given topic.

V. RESOLUTIONS
1/Authorize and direct Supervisor Scott L. Harris to execute an
extension agreement between the Suffolk County Department for the
Aging and the Town of Southold.
2~/Appoint Aide in the EISEP Program.
i/Approve the amount of $56,285.00 for a bond

4. Possible Resolution: Authorize application of Jeanne M. Grim for a
recycling and salvage facility permit.
5. System of collection of school taxes.
6. Enactment of proposed Local Law No. 10-1991 "A Local Law in Relation
to Zoning Use Regulations".
7. Set dates to interview applicants for Landmark Commission.
8. Possible Resolution that the Southold Town Board concurs and
consents to retaining the services of Mullen & McCaffrey and
authorizes Supervisor Scott L. Harris to enter into a contract on
behalf of the East End Recycling Association.
9. Possible Resolution: authorize the Southold Town Police Department to
donate light bars to the Cutchogue Fire Department.
