POLICY: At scheduled Town Board meetings, the public attending
shall be allowed five (5) minutes to address the Town Board in relation to
agenda resolutions prior to their enactment; the public will also be given
time, at the conclusion of the regularly scheduled business agenda, to
address the Board on any given topic.

Notice of Order from the State of New York, Department of
Transportation, Traffic and Safety Division establishing a "No
Stopping Anytime" restriction on the North side of Route 9.5, opposite
Case's Lane where the shoulder area is too narrow to permit parking.
Department of the Army, N.Y.S. District Corps of Engineers,
application by Ira Gordon to construct a T-shaped timber pier
assembly in Great Peconic Bay, Mattituck, New York.

POLICY: Individuals are allowed a maximum of ten (10) minutes to

length in response to the public hearing will be accepted by the Town

V. RESOLUTIONS
I/Accept the bid of Paul Tombari, for the 1991 installation,
maintenance, and removai at the end of the season, of the channel
markers in West Harbor, and the placement of a new raft and the
markers in Hay Harbor the the 1991 season.
2F/Grant request of Zdzislaw Mikolajczyk to renew his single family house
trailer permit.
3/Authorize an advance fee check for the youth program, "Survival
Skilis for Children at Home".

between the Suffolk County Department for the Aging and the Town of
Southold.
7/Authorize Jeanne Ruland to attend the IBM Jericho Customer Center's
Release 3 and Performance Seminar.
8~/ Grant request of Frank Sawicki for renewal of his single family house
trailer permit for trailer used for housing farm help under the 4-H
Program.
9/Authorize advance fee check for Radio City Music Hall Easter Show
bus trip.
