All that certain plot , piece or parcel of land , with the
buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate , lying and
being in the:
PARCEL 1 :
Hamlet of East Marion, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk, and
Stat-.e of New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northerly line of Main Road, where
said northerly line of Main Road intersects on the southwesterly
corner of land now or formerly of Howard; said point of beginning
also being distant 264 . 26 feet, as measured easterly from a point
on the northerly line of Main Road which marks the intersection
of the southeasterly corner of land now or formerly of Nodine
with the northerly line of Main Road;
RUNNING THENCE from said point of beginning , along the said
northerly line of Main Road in a southwesterly direction on a
curve to the right having a radius of 2259 .01 feet, a distance of
132 . 13 feet to the southeasterly corner of land now of or about
to be conveyed to Williams;
RUNNING THENCE along land now of or about to be conveyed to

feet more or less to the ordinary high water mark of Orient
Harbor;
RUNNING THENCE in a westerly direction along the ordinary high
water mark of Orient Harbor 132 feet more or less to a point
which is the intersection of the ordinary high water mark of
Orient Harbor with the southeasterly corner of land now of or
about to be conveyed to Williams;
RUNNING THENCE along said land now of or about to be conveyed to
Williams , North 22 degrees 17 minutes 20 seconds West 30 feet
more or less to the southerly line of Main Road;
