POLICY: At scheduled Town Board meetings, the public attending shall
be allowed five (5) minutes to address the Town Board in relation to
agenda resolutions prior to their enactment; the public will also be given
time, at the conclusion of the regularly scheduled business agenda, to
address the Board on any given topic.

IV. PUBLIC HEARINGS
POLICY: Individuals are allowed a maximum of five (5) minutes to
address the Town Board at a public hearing, written comments of any
length in response to the public hearing will be accepted by the T. own
Board at a public hearing and made part of the hearing file.
Citizens views on looal needs to be met with the Federal Community
Development Block Grant Funds, November 23, 1993, at 8:00 P.M.,
Southold Town Hall, Main Road, Southold, New York.

1 g' Authorize and direct Supervisor Scott L. Harris to execute the 1994
Individual Program Application to the NYS Division for Youth for a
grant for the Southold Town Youth Services Program.
2/Authorize and direct Supervisor Scott L. Harris to execute the 1994
Individual Program Application to the NYS Division for Youth for a
/grant for the Southold Town Recreation Program.
3~/ Authorize and direct Supervisor Scott L. Harris to execute the 1994

furnished by said Village to the Fire Protection District.
15/Accept the proposal for Hoppy's Cleaners, Inc., Greenport for
cleaning the uniforms of the members of the Southold Town Police
Department for the period from January 1, 1994 through December 31,
1994.
16/Accept the bid of Arshamomaque Dairy Farm, Inc. for supplying 1/2
pints of Homogenized Pasteurized whole milk to the Southold Town
Nutrition Center for calendar.
17~/Reduce the fee for Resident Vehicle Disposal Permits and Guest and
Lessee Vehicle Permits, effective upon the issuance for the 1994
permits.

supplying the Town of Southold with heating Fuel for Calendar Year
1994.
