POLICY: At scheduled Town Board meetings, the public attending shall
be allowed five (5) minutes to address the Town Board in relation to
agenda resolutions prior to their enactment; the public will also be given
time, at the conclusion of the regularly scheduled business agenda, to
address the Board on any given topic.

1/ Authorize partial payment for Elizabeth Field Runway project.
2/Authorize a refund to Donald Staron on his Landfill Tipping Fee
Account.
3~/ Authorize and Direct Supervisor Scott L. Harris to execute the
Acceptance of the Grant Offer from the Federal Aviation Administratior/
for the Elizabeth Field Airport, Fishers Island, Runway Project.
4/Increase the fee for a Guest Parking Permit from $25.00 to $30.00.
5V/ Town Board support of proposed New York State legislation.
