POLICY: At scheduled Town Board meetings, the public attending shall
be allowed five (5) minutes to address the Town Board in relation to
agenda resolutions prior to their enactment; the public will also be given
time, at the conclusion of the regularly scheduled business agenda, to
address the' Board on any given topic.

l t/ Accept the bid of Kreiger Well & Pump Corp., for the installation of
a well and submersible pump at the Robert W. Tasker Memorial Park.
2/Authorize the closure of Case's Lane, Cutchogue between the Village
Green and the Library, between 9:00 A.M. and 5:30 P.M. on
Saturday, October 2, 1993.
3/Authorize Budget' Modification to the Generai Fund - Whole Town 1993.
4/Authorize and Direct Supervisor Scott L. Harris to execute an
Indemnification Agreement between the Town of Southold, Office for

Oaklawn Avenue, for the purpose of holding their Annual Halloween
Parade.
17~Authorize and direct Supervisor Scott L. Harris to execute a
Municipal Park Project tot he Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic
Preservation for improvements at the Robert W. Tasker Memorial Park.
18/Authorize and direct Supervisor Scott L. Harris to execute to the
lease agreement between St. Agnes Church and the Town of Southold
for the use of St. Agnes Parish Hali for the Nutrition Program and
Day Care Center for senior citizens.

Southold Town Hall, Main Road, Southold, New York, as time and
place for a public hearing for the purpose of considering an
amendment and extension of the contract with the Village of Greenport
for fire protection and emergency services to be furnished by said
Village to the the "East-West Greenport Fire Protection District, Town
of Southold, New York".
