POLICY: At scheduled Town Board meetings, the public attending shall
be allowed five (5) minutes to address the Town Board in relation to
agenda resolutions prior to their enactment; the public will also be given
time, at the conclusion of the regularly scheduled business agenda, to
address the Board on any given topic.

II.. PUBLIC NOTICES
U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. Request to extend an existing 4 foot
by 80 foot pier 60 feet landward over wetlands, add a 3 foot by 24
foot ramp, a 6 foot by 20 foot float and two dolphin piles.
Comments by August 2, 1993.
2. U'.S. Army Corps of Engineers. Request to install six (6) mooring
piles adjacent to an existing dock assembly. Comments by August 2,

POLICY: Individuals are allowed a maximum of five (5) minutes to
address the Town Board at a public hearing, written comments of any
length in response to the' public hearing will be accepted be the Town

I/Reappoint individuals as members of the Southold Town Agricultural
Advisory Committee.
2g/ Accept Letter of' Credit as a Performance Bond for the roads and
improvements in the major subdivision bf Farmveu Associates at
Mattituck.
34//Authorize the following 1993 Budget modification to the General Fund - Part Town.
4~'/Public hearing on the question of proposed amendments to the
Community Development 1992 and 1993 Program Budgets.
5/Authorize and direct the Town Clerk to place a notice in The Long
Island Traveler-Watchman and The Suffolk Times advising that the
Town of Southold will be accepting applications for the Southold
Villas, Section II Affordable Housing Program.
