POLICY: At scheduled Town Board meetings, the public attending shall
be allowed five (5) minutes to address the Town Board in relation to
agenda resolutions prior to their enactment; the public will also be given
time, at the conclusion of the regularly scheduled business agenda, to
address the Board on any given topic.

New York State Department of Environmental Conservation Notice of
Determination of Non-Significance. Installation of float & 1*amp for
Robert Cockerlll, Willow Point Rd./Willow Point Association, Southold,
NY 11971.
New York State Department of Transportation Notice of Order.
Establish a "No Stopping - An~gtime" restriction on the south side of
Route 25 at Oaklawn Avenue as described above.

PUBLIC HEARINGS
POLICY: Individuals are allowed a maximum of five (5) minutes to
address the Town Board at a public hearing, written comments of any
length in response to the public hearing will be accepted be the Town
Board at a public hearing and made part of the hearing file.
Proposed contract with the Village of Greenport, for the furnishing
of water for fire protection purposes by said Village to the Fi~e
Protection District established in said Town and Known as "East-West
Greenport Fire Protection District, Town of Southold, New York, 4:30

VI. FOR DISCUSSION
Possible Resolution. Authorize Supervisor Scott L. Harris to execute
Satisfactions of Mortgages and /or Subordination Agreements upon the
approval of the Town Attorney provided, however, that the amount of
the mortgage is $10,000.

Kevin McLaughlin, attorney for Richard Goodale, request for a
change to the Zoning Code to permit the "sale of used vehicles"
without the necessity of doing so as accessory to the sale of new
vehicles..

5. Possible Resolution. Reappoint Richard Ryan and John SimicAch as
members of' the Southold Town Land Preservation Committee.
