POLICY: At scheduled Town Board meetings, the public attending shall
be allowed five (5) minutes to address the Town Board in relation to
agenda resolutions prior to their enactment; the public will also be given
time, at the conclusion of the regularly scheduled business agenda, to
address the Board on any given topic.

wire-mesh cages on New York State owned underwater land, Hog Neck

with attendant backfill; construct bulkheads; remove and resurface
existing piers, Shelter Island Town, Town of Southold, Suffolk County

U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. Request for authorization to install
28 pilings along both sides of Greenport's Railroad dock to protect
the dock from the fishing vessels upon docking.

POLICY: Individuals are allowed a maximum of five (5) minutes to
address the Town Board at a public hearing; written comments of any
length in response to the public hearing will be accepted be the Town
Board at a public hearing and made part of the hearing file.

Southold New York, regarding the proposal to amend the Zoning Code
(including the Zoning Map) of the Town of Southold, Suffolk County,
New York, on cer~aln property located on the South Side of Main
Road, 737.32 feet west of Harbor Lane, Cutchogue, New York, from
Residential Office "R-O;!_Distrlct to Business "B" District.
V. RESOLUTIONS
l~'Authorize 1993 Budget modification to the General Fund - Part Town.
2v~ Grant permission to Griswold-Terry-Clover Post No. 803, American
Legion, to use Bolsseau Avenue and Hobart Avenue, Southold,-as
staging areas for the Memorial Day Parade.

for supplying 5,000 yards of Screened Sand for Ice Control and
