POLICY: At scheduled Town Board meetings, the public attending shall
be allowed five (5) minutes to address the Town Board in relation to
agenda resolutions prior to their enactment; the public will also be given
time, at the conclusion of the regularly scheduled business agenda, to
address the Board on any given topic.

.POLICY:. Individuals are allowed a maximum of five (5) minutes to
address the Town Board at a public hearing; written comments of any
length in response to the public hearing will be accepted be the Town
Board at a public hearing and' made part of the hearing file.

1/Authorize budget modification to General Fund - Whole Town 1993
Budget.
2/Authorize budget modification for the Fishers Island Ferry District.
3/Grant permission to Assessor Robert I. Scott to attend course
entitled, "Farm Appraisals".
4~//Authorize bud'get modification the the General Fund - Part Town 1993
Budget.
5/ Grant permission to the Fishers Island Fire Department to close Town
roads for fund-raising marathon.
6/Authorize refund of $25.00 to William Jackowski, Jr.
7/Authorize and direct.the Town Clerk to advertise for bids for snow
fences and studded steel "T" posts.
8~/Authorize and direct Town Clerk to advertise for bids for Screened
Sand.
