POLICY: At scheduled Town Board meetings, the public attending shall
be allowed five (5) minutes to address the Town Board in relation to
agenda resolutions prior to their enactment; the public will also be given
time, at the conclusion of the regularly scheduled business agenda, to
address the Board on any given topic.

1 ~Authorize budget modification to the General Fund - Whole Town 1993
Budget.
2/Accept with regret resignation of Chairman of the Southold Town Land
Preservation Committee.
3~/Authorize and direct Town Clerk to advertise for resumes for one
member of the Southold Town Land Preservation Committee.
4~/Authorize and direct Supervisor to execute Contract Budget
Modification between the County of Suffolk and the Town of Southold
for the Nutrition Program.
5/Appoint part-time gate guard for the Southold Town Landfill.
6/Authorize and direct Supervisor to execute a Coastal Erosion
Management Permit Application and Wetlands Permit Application along
with required Full Environmental Assessment Form to the Southold
'Town Trustees.
7/Accept the bid of Sayville Ford for supplying Town with Ford Bronco
for Bay Constable, all in accordance with bid specifications.
