POLICY: At scheduled Town Board meetings, the public attending shall
be allowed five (5) minutes to address the Town Board in relation to
agenda resolutions prior to their enactment; the public will also be given
time, at the conclusion of the regularly scheduled business agenda, to
address the Board on any given topic.

IV.PUBLIC HEARINGS
POLICY: Individuals are allowed a maximum of five (5) minutes to
address the Town Board at a public hearing; written comments of any
length in response to the public hearing will be accepted be the Town
Board at a public hearing and made part of the hearing file

Southold, New York, regarding the establishment of a Solid Waste
Management District in the Town of Southold.
V. RESOLUTIONS
1 ~/~rant permission for renewal of farm worker family trailer permit for
a period of six months.
2/Authorize amendments to the Community Development 1993 Budget.
3. Authorize and direct the Town Clerk to advertise for bids for two (2)
Heavy Duty Ford Dump Trucks, or equal.
Authorize and direct Supervisor to execute the SEQR Agency
Compliance Statement for the NYS Department of Transportation,
Aviation Transportation, Infrastructure Renewal Project Grant

4. Request for full-time clerk/typist in the Building Department.
