S.C.T.M. #1000-037. 00-06. 00-003 . 001 ALL that plot of land situate at East Marion in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at a point in the northerly line of Gardners Bay at ordinary high water mark, distant one hundred ten (110) feet southwesterly from the point of intersection of said line of Gardners Bay and the westerly line of land formerly of Antoine Furst, now or formerly of Thieringer; and running thence westerly along the said line of Gardners Bay at ordinary high water mark fifty (50) feet; thence northwesterly on a line parallel with the westerly line of said land formerly of Furst, now or formerly of Thieringer, three hundred twenty-two and 6/100 (322. 06) feet to the southerly line of a new road or right-of-way laid out by Gardners Bay Company, Inc. , called Oak Court; thence northeasterYy along the southerly line of Oak Court forty-seven and 44/100J(47 .44) feet; thence southeasterly and again parallel_ with the said land formerly of Furst, now or formerly of Thieringer, three hundred six and 26/100 (306. 26) feet to the point or place of beginning.
