Being the same premises conveyed to the Grantor by Deed, dated
July 25 , 1980 , and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk ' s Office
on July 31 , 1980, in Liber 8861 cp 161 .
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances
and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD
the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part. the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of
the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything whereby
the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of the first
part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration as a
trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same first to
the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other purpose.
The word "party" $hall be construed as if it read "parties" when ev r the sense of this indenture so requires.

AMENDEISSCHEDULE A
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and
improvements thereon erected , situate, lying and being at East Marion,
in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York , known
and designated as Lot No. 115 on a certain map entitled, "Map of Pebble
Beach Farms, East Marion, Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York"
and filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on June
li , 1975 as Map No . 6266 , which said lot is bounded and described
according to said map as follows :
BEGINNING at a point on the West side of The Strand, distant 1787. 57
feet southwesterly from the extreme southerly end of the curve connect-
ing the South side of the Long Way with the West side of The Strand,
said point of beginning also being where the division line between
lots 115 and 116 , on said map which intersects the. west side of The Strand;
RUN14ING THENCE South 41 degrees 24 minutes 09 seconds West along the
West side of The Strand, 77 feet to the division line between lots 114
and 115, on said map;
THENCE along said division line the following two (2) courses and dis-
tances;
1) North 36 degrees 25 minutes 31 seconds West, 238 . 16 feet;
2) North 30 degrees 18 minutes 03 seconds West, 128 . 01 feet to a tie line
along the High Water Mark of the Long Island Sound;
TdENCE North 38 degrees 10 minutes 40 seconds East, along said tie line,
67 feet to the aforesaid division line between lots 115 & 116 on said map;
THENCE along said division line, the following two (2) courses and
distances:
1 ) South 35 degrees 11 minutes 11 seconds East, 125 . 65 feet;
2) South 36 degrees 21 minutes 42 seconds East, 241 . 38 feet to the
West side of The Strand, the point or place of BEGINNING.
The policy to be issued under this report will insure the title to such buildings and improvements erected on
the premises which by law constitute real property.
