WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part, in consideration of ten dollars and other valuable consideraf
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the he

ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situs

State of New York, being more particularly bounded and described on Schedule j
annexed hereto and made a part hereof.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the Party. of the First
Part by deed dated March 31, 1965, and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of
the County of Suffolk on May 7, 1965, in Liber 5741 of conveyances at Page 55:

TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets at
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenano
and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND T
HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns t
the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anythir
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party c
the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such coni(
eration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will app]
the same firstto the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same fc
any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indentpre so require:

BEGINNING at a point on the easterly side of a Private Road, said
point being distant '241.55 feet northerly from the intersection
of the northerly side of Main Road and the easterly side of a
Private Road; Thence from said point of beginning, along the
easterly s of a Private Road as it turns, in a northerly
direction, 350 feet more or less to lands now or formerly of
Grace Lomas; Thence along said lands, north 89 degrees 22 minutes
20 seconds east, 130 feet to another private road; Thence along
the westerly side of the Private Road south 0 degrees 37 minutes
40 seconds east, - 449 . 26 feet to lands now or formerly of
