ALL that certain plot, piece, or parcel of land situate, lying and being in the Town of
Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York being more particularly bounded and
described as follows:
BEGINNING at a monument set on the easterly line of land of Phyllis Hale at the
northwesterly corner of land of Gurney and being the southwesterly corner of the premises
herein described, said point of beginning being the following three courses from the northerly
line of Main Road:
(1) North 46 degrees 56 minutes 10 seconds West, 1624.18 feet; thence
(2) North 47 degrees 35 minutes 40 seconds West, 95.45 feet; thence
(3) South 59 degrees 50 minutes 20 seconds West, 471.97 feet to said point of beginning.
RUNNING THENCE along said land of Phyllis Hale, eight courses:
(1) North 37 degrees 12 minutes 00 seconds West, 356.93 feet; thence

seconds West, 434.17 feet to the point of BEGINNING. Containing 11 2/3 acres more or

ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being in or near the Village
of Orient, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, twenty-five (25) feet
in width, the west line of which is described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northerly line of Main Road at the southwesterly corner of
land of John Tuthill and the southeasterly corner of land of Marcus, and running thence along
said land of Marcus, three courses:
(1) North 46 degrees 56 minutes 10 seconds West 1624.18 feet; thence
(2) North 47 degrees 35 minutes 40 seconds West 96.45 feet; thence
(3) South 59 degrees 50 minutes 20 seconds West 37.80 feet to land about to be conveyed to
Townsend. The easterly and northerly line of said 25 foot parcel is 25 feet easterly and
northerly of the above described line.
