SUBJECT TO a walking right of way, five (5) feet in width, running along the easterly boundary of the above described premises and the westerly boundary of Lot 3 on Map of Proposed Minor Subdivision for Jonathan Dwight Stern, attached hereto, extending to the most southerly line of Birds Eye Road as it exists adjacent to and contiguous with the southerly line of said Lot 3 to Long Island Sound. Said walking right of way to be kept clear and unobstructed by the owners of the surviant estate, Lot 4.
