roadway on land of Diedrick from the northeasterly corner of the
premises hereinabove described and running southerly about 1000 feet ;

p Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed to the party of
140 the first part herein by deed from Harry Mearns , Jr . and Evelyn Mearns ,
his wife , dated February 29 , 1970 and recorded on April 1 , 1970 in

This conveyance is subject to Bradford N. Hess and Lilian M. Hess ,
his wife , holding a life estate during their respective lifetimes
11 in the subject premises . Bradford N. Hess and Lilian M. Hess , his
wife, shall have the right of use , possess , control , occupation and
enjoyment of the said premises covered by this instrument .
Also with a right of way 16 1/2 feet in width over the existing roadway
from the northeasterly corner of the premises hereinabove described
northerly about 350 feet to Long Island Sound .
Also with a permanent easement for water supply from the premises
hereinabove described northerly to the well on land -now or formerly
of Harry Mearns , Jr and- Evelyn Mearns , his wife.
