WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part, to whom letters
testamentary were issued by the Surrogate's Court, Suffolk County, New York
on May 8, 1992 and by virtue of the power and authority given in and by said last will
and testament, and/or by Article 11 of the Estates, Powers and Trusts Law, and in consideration of ONE HUNDRED
SIXTY-NINE THOUSAND and 00/100-------------($169,000.00)-------------------dollars,
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and
release unto the party of the second part, the distributees or successors and assigns of the party of the second
part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being in tkm East Marion, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of
New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the westerly side of a private right of way (known
as Truman's Path) , 25 feet more or less wide which point of beginning is the

following two courses from the point where said private right of way intersects
the southerly side of Main Road;
(1) southerly along the westerly side of the private right of way, 517.97
feet to a point;
(2) South 82' 17' 10" West, 18.93 feet to the point of beginning and from
said point of beginning;
RUNNING THENCE along the westerly side of the private right of way, South
TAX MAP 31' 32' 20" East, - 136.92 feet; thence South 62' 56' 20" West 260 feet to Marion
DESIGNATION Lake; thence northwesterly along the shore line of Marion Lake, 245 feet; thence
Dist. 1000 North 82' 17' 10" East 310 feet to the westerly side of the private right of way,
at the point or place of BEGINNING.
Sec. 031.00 TOGETHER will all right, title and interest of, in and to the land under
BIk. 12.00 Marion Lake abutting the premises.
Ltd( t TOGETHER with a right of way over said strip of land 25 feet or more in width
0000 along the easterly line of the premises, extending southerly about 950 feet from
the southeasterly corner of the premises, and thence southwesterly about 335 feet
" to said Marion Lake; and extending northerly from said southeasterly corner about

other land of Edna A. Brown and land of Griffing to the Main Road, along land

TOGETHER with a right of way along the westerly line of land of Edna A. Brown
from the westerly end of the above described right of way southerly about 250 feet
to the Bay; said right of way being 10 feet in width at the northerly end and about
20 feet in width at the southerly end.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises as conveyed to Robert Friedman and
-_ Agnes Friedman, his wife, by deed dated June 20, 1959, and recorded in the Suffolk
County Clerk's Office on June 30, 1959, in Liber 4650, Page 47.
