BEGINNING at a point in the southeasterly corner of the premises to be

minutes 30 seconds East 157. .98 feet ; and ( 2. ) North 19 degrees 47

minutes 30 seconds West 219 .04 feet; thence from said point of be-
ginning running along land of Joseph M. Botta and Elsa E. Botta , North
18 degrees 38 minutes 05 seconds west 1243 , 32 feet to the ordinary
high water mark of Long Island Sound; thence on a tie line along the
average high water mark of Long Island Sound, the following two ( 2)

the point or place of beginning.
