WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part, to whom letters
testamentary were issued by the Surrogate's Court, Suffolk County, New Yorlc
on May 28, 1993 and by virtue of the power and authority given in and by said last will
and testament, and/or by Article 11 of the Estates, Powers and Trusts Law, and in consideration of

release unto the party of the second part, the distributees or successors and assigns of the party of the second
part forever,

and State of New York, bounded and described as follows:-

private road shown on a map untitled, "Survey of the Cedars, property of

on July 11 , 1906, as Map #421 , the, northerly and easterly side of which
private road runs through Monuments #13 and #14 on said map, which said
point of beginning is distant Si ' e'e,t more or less in a southwesterly
direction from Monument #14 on+""sairl'imap, where an extension northerly of
the easterly side of the residence of Donald A. Stephenson (shown on saic
map as William W. Stephenson) intersects the southerly and westerly line
of said private road;
DISTRICT running thence in a general northeasterly direction 75 feet more or less
1000 to a point where the northwesterly line of said private road intersects
SECTION the southwesterly line of Plot Y as shown on said map;

This conveyance is made to the party of the second part as a distributic
in kind under the terms of the Last Will and Testament of Donald A.
Stephenson, deceased, admitted to probate by the Suffolk County
Surrogate under File No. 251 P 1993 .
