paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,

Suffolk County Clerk's Office on the 28th day of March, 1935, as
Map No. 1179, and located in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk
and State of New York, being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northerly line of Sterling Road 186.16
feet easterly along said northerly line from its intersection with
the easterly side of Horton Road; and running North 41 14' 00" West
150.00 feet to land formerly of Warren Sterling, now or formerly
of Dempewolf; thence along said land North 85° 46' 00" East 100.00
feet to land now or formerly of L. Guido, Jr.; thence along said
land South 41 14' 00" East 150.00 feet to the northerly side of
Sterling Road; thence along said northerly side of Sterling Road
South 85° 46' 00" West 100.00 feet to the point or place of
BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party
of the first part by Deed dated 1/28/81 and recorded 2/23/81 at
the Suffolk County Clerk's Office in Liber 8963, page 308.
