WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs or
successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being in the Hamlet of Orient , in the Town of Southold, County of
Suffolk, State of New York, being more particularly bounded and describ

BEGINNING at a post on the northerly line of the hereinafter described
parcel , said post being located at the intersection of said northerly
line with the southwest corner of land now or formerly of Platt and the
easterly boundary of property now or formerly of Norklun, and from
said beginning;
RUNNING THENCE South 63 degrees 22 minutes 00 seconds East, along the
south boundary of land now or formerly of Platt 125 . 56 feet to a cut
in the concrete on the westerly side of Village Lane;
RUNNING THENCE South 26 degrees 18 minutes 50 seconds West along the
Westerly side of Village Lane 51 . 70 feet to a cut in the concrete at
the northeast corner of the property now or formerly of Orlinski ;
RUNNING THENCE North 63 degrees 44 minutes 00 seconds West along the
north boundary of land now or formerly of Orlinski 125 . 72 feet to an
iron pipe and land now or formerly of Groenke;
RUNNING THENCE North 26 degrees 29 minutes 50 seconds East along the
east boundary of land now or formerly of Groenke and Norklun 52 . 50
feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING and intended to be the same premises conveyed to the party of the
first part by deed dated. April 3 , 1962 and recorded in the Suffolk
County Clerk ' s Office on April 5 , 1962 in Liber 5148 of Deeds at
Page 01 .
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads
abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all
the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the
premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the
TAX MAP second part forever.
DESIGNATION
Dist.1000 AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
Sec. 25 whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of the
first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration
Elk. 1 as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same
first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other
