encouraged to briefly address the Town Board relating to agenda resolutions
prior to their enactment; the public will also be given time at the
conclusion of the regularly scheduled business agenda to address the Board
on any given topic.

US Army Corp of Engineers re: applicstion from Aquafood Property
Limited Partnership of Moralists, NJ for bulkhead replacement and
dredging with upland disposal in the Greenport tIarbor, Gardiners Bay
in the Village of East Marion.
US Army Corps of Engineers re: an ~pplication from GJC d/b/a
Hanff's Boat Yard in Greenport NY for the reconstruction of bulkheads,
retaining walls, piers and a msrine railway and dredging with upland
disposal in Sterling Creek, Shelter Island Sound in the Village of
Greenport.
Suffolk County Dept. of Public Works noiice regarding the closing of
the Shinnecock Canal Locks from December 1, 1994 to April 1, 1995.
NYS-DEC Notice of application from the Greenport Union Free School
District to install an irrigation well to a depth of 70' and equipped
with a pump having a capacity of 120 GOPM. The water is needed for
irrigation of the school football field. The property is located on
Front Street, Town of Southo]d.
NYS-DEC Notice of application from Thomas Boyle, Malverne NY to
construct a stone revetment, single family dwelling with decking,
septic system and driveway on a parcel adjacent to Long Isla Sound, as
proposed, portions of the revetment will be built seward of the line of
mean. high water, in the vicinity of an exisiting deteriorated seawall,
and Will fill approximately 2100 square feet of litoral zone tidal
wetland, with the revetment at the proposed location, the house and
septic system will meet the development restrictions of part 66i. The
site is located on the north side of Leeton Drive, approximately 550
feet west of Kennys Road in Southold.

in the fan coil units in Town Hall using the LILCO Rebate's as funds to
pay for this work.

V. RESOLUTIONS
Special Note: At this time the Supervisor will invite the public to speak
out on the following resolutions.
l~Resolved that the Town Board creates a Yoath Action 'Committee, a
subcommittee of the Southold Town Youth Support Committee and
appoints 3 high school students from each of the area l-{igb Schools.
2/ Resolved that the Town Board grants permission to Town Trustee
President Albert J. Krupski, Jr., and Trustees, John I{olzapfel, William
Albertson, Peter Wenczel and Martin Garrell te attend a conference
entitled "The Public Trust Doctrine on Long Island, Public and Private
Rights in Coastal Areas" on Thursday, December 15, 1994 at MacArtbur
Airport in Ronkonkoma.
3/ Resolved that the Town Board accepts the bid of Arshamomaque Dairy
Farm, Inc. in the amount of twenty-one cents per one-half pint, for
supply Homogenized Pasteurized Whole Milk to the Southold Town Human
Resource Center during calendar year 1995 in accordance with bid
specifications.

Resolved that the Town Board accepts the bid of TulhilI-Magee Inc.
Riverhead for supplying the Town of Southold with Heating Fuel Oil for
calendar year 1995 at a price that will be $.0799 per gallon over the
Dayway Refining Company posting (formerly Northville Industries), as
published daily in the Journal of Commerce.
Resolved that the Town Board accepts the bid of Hoppy's Cleaners Inc.
for cleaning the uniforms of the members of the Southold Town Police
Department for the period from January 1, 1995 through December 31,
1995 all in accordance with the bid specificatious. Be it further
resolved that the Supervisor be authorized to execute an agreement
between the Town and Hoppy's Cleaners Inc. for the aforesaid cleaning
services.
Resolved that the Town Board authorizes payment up to $600 for
travel and miscellaneous expenses incurred by Twomey, Latham, Shea
and Kelly pursuant to its legal work as related to the NYS-DEC landfill
capping and closure regulations as applied ~o Southold Town, with the
understanding that the other ~st End Towns will pay their shares of
these expenses.
Resolved that the Town Board accepts the bid of Mid Island Salvage
Corp., for the removal of all scrap racial deposited at the Southo]d
Town Disposal Area during the period from January 1, 1995 through
December 31, 1995.
8 Resol~'ed that the Town Board accepts the bid of hmovative Methods
Inc., for the removal of Scrap Tires from the Disposal Area for
calendar year 1995.
9v~ Resolved that the Town Board grants permission to Depnty Town Clerk
Elizabeth Neville to attend a Local Government Records Management
Improvement Fund Grant Application Workshop at Holbrook, NY on'
Tuesday, November 29, 1994 from 9 AM to 1 PM.
10 Resolved that the Town Board accepts bids from various vendors for
the purchase of Food Items for the Southold Town }h~man Resource
Center.
11/ Resolved that the Town Board sets 5:05 I'M, Tnesday, November 29,
1994, Southold Town Hall, Main Road, Southold as time and place for a
pnblic hearing on a Local Law in Relation to County Route 48.

12/Resolved that the Town Board authorizes Lawrence Healthcare
Administrative Services, Inc. to pay all outstanding medical bills of
Mary L. Santaeroee for a June 15, ]994 surgical procedure al: North
Shore Hospital, because the oatstanding bill was submitted by the
hospital 90 days after the required submission date.

Resolved that the Town Board grants permission to Director of Program
Evaluation James McMahon and Public Safety Dispatcher III John Raynor
to attend a Hazard Mitigation Workshop, sponsored by the New York
State Emergency Management Office at ibc Ecderal Emergency
Management Agency at the Huntington IIiltou in Melville from 10 AM to 3
PM on December 6, 1994.
Resolved that the Town Board accepts thc hid of Resourcefull Bag and
Tag, Palos Beights, Ill for supplying the Town of Seuthold with Town
Yellow Plastic Bags for calendar year 1995 st a total bid price of
$40,618.00 all in accordance with bid specifications.
Resolved that the Town Board granls permission to Personnel Assistant
Barbara Rudder to attend a workshop on Unemployment Insurance,
sponsored by the Long Island Regional Job Service Employer Committee,
at Hauppauge, NY on Thursday, December l, 1994 from 8:30 AM to 11
AM.

Services to the North Fork.

Marilyn Klein as substitute After School Activity Aides, effective
immediately, at a salary of $6.50 per hour to be paid by tuition fees
paid by parents for the program.
18/ Resolved that the Town Board appoints Mary Mazzaferro as a permanent
After School Activity Aid, effective immediately, up to 15 hours per
week, at a salary of $6.50 per honr, to be paid by tuition fees p~id
by parents for the program.
19/Resolved that the Town Board accepts the bid of Standard Law
Enforcement Supply of New York, Inc. Roslyn Heights, NY for
supplying the Southold Town Police Department with Uniform Clothing
for calendar year 1995.
20/Resolved that the Town Board sets 7:30, December 6th for a public
/nformation meeting by the Local Tax Committee.
