where it adjoins Orient Bay; said right of way beginning 236 feet northwesterly along the
southwesterly line of said Harbor Road from the northwesterly line of King Street.
SUBJECT to the Covenants and Restrictions in deed Liber 6210, page 463.
The premises conveyed herein are to be conveyed subject an estate for life of RICHARD J.
PASSANANT and HELEN PASSANANT. RICHARD J. PASSANANT and HELEN PASSANANT
are to be responsible for all expenses on the premises and for real estate taxes, assessments and
insurance during the term of said life tenancy.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises previously conveyed in Liber 6210, page 463;
Liber 11597, page 376, and Liber 11617, page 914.
It is the intention of this deed to convey the remaining 30% interest in the property to my five
children so that they by this deed will now own an undivided 100% interest in the property as
tenants in common.
