June 8, 1982, as map number 7083, being bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point in the Easterly line of Grand View Drive, where same is intersected by the common
division line between Lots 5 and-6 on the above captioned map;
RUNNING THENCE NORTH 32 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds West, along the Easterly line of Grand View
Street, 150 feet to the common division line between Lots 4 and 5 on the above caption map;
THENCE along said last mentioned division line, NORTH 66 degrees 28 minutes 30 seconds East, 368.52 feet to
the Long Island Sound;
THENCE SOUTH 06 degrees 30 minutes 00 seconds East, along the Long Island Sound, 150 feet to the common
division line between Lots 5 and 6;
THENCE along said common division line, SOUTH 65 degrees 32 minutes 30 seconds West, 302.53 feet to the
Easterly line of Grand View Drive, the point or place of BEGINNING.
Dist. TOGETHER with an easement of ingress and egress to and from the premises out to the nearest public highway.

Lot TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads
003.009 abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances, and also all
the estate which the said decedent had at the time of the decedent's death in said premises, and also the estate therein,
which the party of the first part has or has power to convey or dispose of,whether individually,or by virtue of said will
or otherwise; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the
distributees or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything whereby the
said premises have been incumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
Subject to the trust fund provisions of section thirteen of the Lien Law.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
